Our Story

Our Story

Chapter 3 Advocates is a non-governmental organization named after Chapter 3 of Sierra Leone's Constitution that enshrines fundamental human rights and freedoms. We are a group of advocates committed to upholding and advancing these constitutional provisions through public interest litigation, high-level advocacy, human rights research and documentation, and capacity building. We actively work to align national policies with constitutional guarantees, ensuring a just and free Sierra Leone, where every citizen can fully enjoy the rights enshrined in Chapter 3 of the Constitution.
